Amdocs faced the challenge of onboarding over 15,000 new employees in 2022 and ensuring their learning. 

 

To meet this challenge, we created AmdocsU, a learning platform that offers more than 250 tailored learning paths and a curated library of over 7,000 resources. Using the AmdocsU onboarding platform, the company reduced time to productivity by 15% and consistently achieved high participant satisfaction levels.
