The “pxl” brand is an internal digital L&D platform that was created for the 24K+ employees of 120 global agencies of Mccann Worldgroup. The "pxl" brand is composed of "pxl in-person”, “pxl on demand”, “pxl for clients” and “pxl for executives”programs.
 

“pxl on demand” is a multilingual custom-made learning mobile app with a backend CMS that provides efficient maintenance and customization. The CMS eliminated the dependency on external vendors and allowed a seamless global operational scale.


"pxl on demand" app serves as an essential part of new employees' onboarding process and establishes a learning culture from day one.

"pxl on demand" was launched with the completion of 140K+ learning units in the first eight months, slashing the industry hourly training cost by 93%.

 "pxl on demand" app key features:

  • Personalization - Pre-session quiz to tailor the content per knowledge 

  • Gamification - Keeps the learning experience engaging and fun

  • Engagement - Bite-size content that keeps the user active and participating

  • Social - Badges and share option allowing the content to be spread

  • Retention - Pin cards to save important content to come back to it later
